Charlie Fisher
Managing Partner, Sunningdale Region
Charlie has an unrivalled knowledge of the local prime property markets, having run the Savills Sunningdale office and worked for Knight Frank, for a combined length of over 16 years. He has been involved in and personally handled the sales of many of the finest houses in the area, particularly on the Wentworth Estate and those houses bordering Sunningdale Golf Course.
Brought up in Windsor and Eton, Charlie now lives in Bray with his young family. Having family living in Sunninghill, Charlie has huge ties and in-depth knowledge of the local and wider regional areas.
Simon Bagguley
Managing Partner, Agency
Simon has over 23 years experience of business management and property. Simon has a passion for property and is fundamental in ensuring all partners in the business have access to any resources and support they need, so that they can focus on first class service for their clients. Having been brought up on the Wentworth Estate and now living in Berkshire with his young family, Simon is hugely connected to the local area and understands the key drivers that under pin the prime residential markets.

Dane Spelina
Managing Partner, Maidenhead Region
Dane’s passion for property began with his studies in property, agency, and marketing at the University of Cirencester. Since 2008, he has built his career with Knight Frank and Hamptons International, gaining extensive experience in the residential property sector across Oxford, Maidenhead, and Gerrards Cross.
Having lived in Cookham from a young age, Dane possesses exceptional knowledge of Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. He specialises in Maidenhead and its surrounding villages, including The Cookhams, Taplow, Bray & The Fisheries, Holyport, and The Walthams. Focused on high-end, premium properties, Dane offers deep insights into the local markets and prides himself on delivering unrivalled customer service and trusted advice.
Dane is a keen sportsman, passionate about squash, motorsports, and golf, and often takes walks along the river with his Jack Russell.
Andrew Riley
Managing Partner, Gerrards Cross and Thame Regions
Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the prime property market, having led Hamptons in Gerrards Cross and built a strong network of HNW clients locally, in London, and internationally.
After living in South West London, he relocated to Buckinghamshire in 2003. His deep ties to both Gerrards Cross and the Oxfordshire-Buckinghamshire border give him expert insight into these sought-after markets.
Known for his professional yet personal approach, Andrew has earned over 100 five-star Google reviews. Outside of work, he is a husband, father, dog owner, and modern classic car enthusiast.
Antonietta Burton
Managing Partner, Ascot Region
Antonietta joins Fisher & Partners as a Managing Partner, bringing over 15 years of expertise in client relationship management and business development. She is passionate about delivering an exceptional, personalised service to clients and is eager to build lasting relationships within the Berkshire property market.
Known for a client-focused approach and strong communication skills, Antonietta is committed to guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the property journey with professionalism and care.
As part of the Fisher & Partners team, she is excited to combine bespoke service with a deep understanding of the local area to help clients achieve their property goals.
Antonietta lives in Warfield with her husband and young sons. She enjoys practising Qigong, Pilates, and all things wellbeing, further connecting her with the community she serves.
Jodie Bagguley

Jodie leads Social Media for Fisher & Partners, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in PR and Digital Marketing. She’s worked with household-name clients across property, entertainment, gaming, and technology.
