Charlie Fisher
Managing Partner, Sunningdale Region
Charlie has an unrivalled knowledge of the local prime property markets, having run the Savills Sunningdale office and worked for Knight Frank, for a combined length of over 16 years. He has been involved in and personally handled the sales of many of the finest houses in the area, particularly on the Wentworth Estate and those houses bordering Sunningdale Golf Course.
Brought up in Windsor and Eton, Charlie now lives in Bray with his young family. Having family living in Sunninghill, Charlie has huge ties and in-depth knowledge of the local and wider regional areas.
Simon Bagguley
Managing Partner, Agency
Simon has over 23 years experience of business management and property. Simon has a passion for property and is fundamental in ensuring all partners in the business have access to any resources and support they need, so that they can focus on first class service for their clients. Having been brought up on the Wentworth Estate and now living in Berkshire with his young family, Simon is hugely connected to the local area and understands the key drivers that under pin the prime residential markets.

Sebastian Standford-Smith

Sebastian is a seasoned property professional with over 23 years of experience in Windsor and then Sussex prime property markets. Known for his tailored, client-first approach, he has built a reputation on trust, integrity, and delivering results.
Career highlights include working with his team and transforming Hamptons’ Windsor office into a market leader and experience in the country house market across Surrey, Kent, and Sussex.
For Sebastian, moving home is an emotional journey, and he takes pride in supporting clients every step of the way.
Outside of work, Sebastian enjoys time with his children, countryside walks with his dog Monty, and the occasional round of golf.
Lisa Nott
Managing Partner, Winkfield Region
Lisa’s biggest asset is her ability to uncover hidden potential in properties. With over 15 years experience as an Interior Designer, Lisa loves to help homeowners understand property transformation. She’s orchestrated property reconfigurations, orchestrated refurbishments, and curated interiors that optimise rental income and enhance property values.
Lisa has lived in Winkfield for over twenty years, and is the perfect ambassador for the region. A true “people person,” Lisa thrives on face-to-face interactions, fostering new partnerships, collaborating as a cohesive team, and celebrating shared successes with those who help make it all possible.
Dane Spelina
Managing Partner, Maidenhead Region
Dane’s passion for property began with his studies in property, agency, and marketing at the University of Cirencester. Since 2008, he has built his career with Knight Frank and Hamptons International, gaining extensive experience in the residential property sector across Oxford, Maidenhead, and Gerrards Cross.
Having lived in Cookham from a young age, Dane possesses exceptional knowledge of Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. He specialises in Maidenhead and its surrounding villages, including The Cookhams, Taplow, Bray & The Fisheries, Holyport, and The Walthams. Focused on high-end, premium properties, Dane offers deep insights into the local markets and prides himself on delivering unrivalled customer service and trusted advice.
Dane is a keen sportsman, passionate about squash, motorsports, and golf, and often takes walks along the river with his Jack Russell.
Toby Hill

Shane Mitchell

Shane Mitchell is a highly accomplished property and interior design photographer with over 7 years of industry experience. Hailing from Cape Town, a city known for its diverse architecture and stunning landscapes has shaped Shane’s exceptional eye for spatial design and layout.
Shane’s work reflects his passion for creating visually captivating images that tell stories, showcasing the intricate details and harmonious compositions of each interior. His personable approach shines through in his client relationships, ensuring a collaborative and enjoyable experience for all.
Nick
Drone Operator
Nick is a qualified and experienced UAS remote pilot holding a current GVC and A2 CofC with over five years of experience as a UAS Remote Pilot in the public sector. He has been involved in high-profile UAS operations at large-scale events such as Royal Ascot, Henley Regatta, and Reading Festival, with experience in aerial mapping, photography, videography, and UAS public safety.
Being local to the area his entire life, Nick has a keen eye for what looks good from the sky and the beauty this area offers.
Tina Wizard
Office Manager
Tina is the dynamic Office Manager at Fisher & Partners bringing extensive experience in sales, business development, and operational management.
Her career highlights include leadership roles at Beaumont Business Centres and Serviced Office Group, where her expertise in client relations and strategic planning drove outstanding results.
Tina keeps our office in line and ensures clients and stakeholders receive exceptional service at every possible opportunity.
A long-time Sunninghill resident and active community member, Tina blends her professional expertise with a passion for local engagement.

Head of Marketing
Jennifer is the Head of Marketing for Fisher & Partners. Having been at the forefront of digital marketing for 21+ years, she’s known for being passionate about the customer journey, and for creating content that converts. She’s proven to be an idea-starter and problem-solver for the agencies and clients she’s worked for. Her experience enables her to support our company’s growth through impactful, measurable results.

Jodie leads Social Media for Fisher & Partners, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in PR and Digital Marketing. She’s worked with household-name clients across property, entertainment, gaming, and technology.
