Sebastian is a highly experienced property professional with deep roots in Sussex and over 23 years working across the South East’s prime markets. Having grown up and studied near Haywards Heath, his local knowledge is matched by a lifelong connection to the area. Starting his career as a land and building surveyor, he covered much of the South East before discovering his passion for estate agency in 2002.
He went on to establish a market-leading corporate office in Windsor, before returning to Sussex, where he held senior roles in Horsham, Sevenoaks, and more recently Haywards Heath. His experience across town and country markets allows him to offer clients a bespoke service, tailored to their individual needs.
Sebastian is known for his client-first approach, combining professional insight with warmth, honesty, and integrity. He excels at guiding people through life transitions with personalised advice, clear communication, and a steady hand.
Outside of work, Sebastian enjoys countryside walks with his dog Monty, playing golf, and spending time with his children. Approachable and knowledgeable, he is a trusted partner for every stage of your property journey.
